Biscuits Terms

- Biscuits are a free promotional loyalty program. They are not money, not property, and have no cash value.
- 100 Biscuits = $1 of redemption value.
- Biscuits are earned, never purchased. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for cash.
- Biscuits cover up to 50% of any single bill — food or services.
- Biscuits expire 12 months after the day they are earned, and are forfeited if you delete your account.
1. How you earn them
Earning falls into two groups. Community actions — reporting a dog park, confirming someone else's report, logging a weight, adding a record, a confirmed lost-dog sighting — are capped at 400 Biscuits per calendar month across your household (800 for Pup+ members, whose community actions count double). Individual actions also carry their own daily limits.
Purchase and referral rewards are not subject to that monthly cap:

Adopting a shelter dog through the app is not rewarded in Biscuits. It is rewarded with your new dog's first week of PupEats food, free, delivered with their first box.
Biscuits are awarded once per real event. Duplicate, reversed, refunded, cancelled or fraudulent transactions are reversed, and we may adjust any balance to correct an error or abuse. Only bookings made and completed in the app earn Biscuits.
2. How you spend them
Biscuits redeem against a published menu of rewards in the app. Today that menu includes:

We may add, remove or reprice rewards at any time. Repricing applies to future redemptions only and never claws back a reward already redeemed.
3. Spending them at a business
Service redemption is available only at businesses that have agreed to participate. Each participating business sets a monthly limit with us in advance, so a redemption is never a surprise at their counter. Biscuits cover up to 50% of the bill; you pay the balance. The business is paid in full for the work either way. If a business leaves the program, unredeemed Biscuits stay in your account and can be spent anywhere else on the menu.
4. Expiry and forfeiture
Biscuits expire 12 months after the date they were earned, oldest first. Any remaining balance is forfeited if you delete your account. Biscuits are tied to your household — accounts linked by phone number share one balance and one monthly cap.
5. Changes to the program
We may change or end the program prospectively at any time, including changing the earning rates, the reward menu, the caps, and the value of a Biscuit. Changes never reduce the value of a reward you have already redeemed. If we end the program entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a window to spend your remaining balance.
6. Not a payment instrument
Biscuits are a promotional loyalty benefit issued by PupEats LLC and redeemable only for goods and services we or our participating partners provide. They are not a gift card, stored-value instrument, or money transmission product. They cannot be redeemed for cash, are void where prohibited, and any tax consequences of a reward are yours.
