Pup Guarantee Terms

THE PUP GUARANTEE IS NOT INSURANCE AND IS NOT AN INSURANCE CONTRACT. It is a discretionary reimbursement program funded by The Pup for eligible bookings made and paid through the platform.
- Veterinary care: up to $10,000 per incident for vet bills arising from a covered booking.
- Property / third-party damage: up to $25,000 per incident.
- Member contribution: the first $250 of any claim is yours.
- Claim windows: notify us within 48 hours of the incident; complete documentation within 14 days.
What's excluded
- Pre-existing or chronic conditions.
- Acts of nature.
- Non-economic damages (e.g., emotional distress).
- Bookings arranged or paid outside the platform.
- Bookings where a known bite history or dangerous-dog designation was not disclosed (see Terms §5.1).
Claims: text us or email [email protected] with your booking, photos, and receipts. We review in good faith and decide at our discretion; the program may change prospectively at any time.
