More than 24 hours before your appointment: cancel free, no questions.
Inside 24 hours: 50% of the booking price.
No-show: 100% of the booking price.
If the provider cancels or doesn't show: you get a full refund plus a $20 Pup credit on us.

Fees are charged to the card on your booking. If a specific booking screen shows a different policy, that screen controls. Questions or something unfair? Text us or email [email protected] — a human reads it.
